Operational Mechanism
This machine uses the principle of eccentric wheel mechanism to make the jaw plate do periodic reciprocating motion to continuously and evenly convey the material. Its driving force is to rely on the motor to drive the eccentric wheel through the turbine reducer, and then connect the rod to change the circular motion into reciprocating motion, driving the reciprocating motion of the jaw plate. When the jaw plate swings in the clockwise direction, the material piled up on it is driven to move together due to friction, and a part of the new material is poured out from the bucket to fill the space formed outward in the machine body, when the jaw plate moves in the counter clockwise direction, the material can no longer follow the jaw plate into the body because of the blocking of the internal material, so it is pushed into the receiving funnel of the conveying pipe or conveyor located under it, in short, with the periodic swing of the jaw plate, the material can be continuously and evenly fed.
