Operational Mechanism

Although there are many structural types of jaw crusher, its working principle is the same, that is, to crush materials through the periodic movement of the moving jaw. In the process of swinging the jaw around the suspension mandrel to the fixed jaw, the material located between the two jaw plates is subjected to a comprehensive action such as crushing, splitting and bending. At the beginning, the pressure is smaller, so that the volume of the material is reduced, the material is close to each other, squeezed, and when the pressure rises to exceed the strength that the material can bear, it is broken. Conversely, when the moving jaw swings in the opposite direction away from the fixed jaw, the material moves downward by its own weight. Each periodic movement of the moving jaw causes the material to be crushed once and discharged downward for a distance. After several cycles, the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port.
